I have bought and been given many pillows over the years. I tried different brands and comfort level/styles. I have issues with sciatica and go from stomach to my side a lot during my sleep. The Sleep Number PlushComfort Ultimate pillow allows me to have support for my head and neck while stomach sleeping or side sleeping. I use 2 inserts so that I can go from stomach to side without causing pain or discomfort. I tried all 3 layers for both but it was too much support for my neck. Once I took a layer out I was able to get a better nights sleep.
