All parents remember the days of squirming and crying babies on the changing table, your lap, or any other moderately clean spot you could find to change a diaper. As if the diaper itself wasn’t difficult enough, then came the snaps on the baby’s bodysuit! About EZ-On Babeez
Having recently retired, I began to enjoy time with family and 5 beautiful grandchildren. While I love looking after the grandchildren, changing their diapers was my least favorite. As I’m sure it is for most new moms, dads, babysitters and daycare personnel. The snap closures were always located at the crotch area, making it a struggle to open and close. Unbuttoning the onesie at the bottom, while carefully removing the diaper was always messy and cumbersome. Due to this, the baby would inevitably start to cry.
If that was a problem for me, it had to be a problem for all new moms, dads and other grandparents. That was the “AHA!” moment! There had to be a better way. With my 40 years in product development, I decided to put my experience to good use! After tinkering with some different ideas and testing them on my youngest grandkid…the “EZ-On Babeez” babysuit was born! A Lifesaver! Well, a Life Simplifier! A babysuit that’s a snap and makes life for new dads and moms easier. Easy to put on over a diaper. Easy to change the diaper. No worries if a little wet. Just wipe it off the wet resistant liner. Opening near the belly button, not at the crotch. We applied for and secured a provisional patent.
Then off we went with a few prototypes to the friends and neighbors who had newborns and young babies. Our baby suit was a hit!!! Even dads, who hate changing diapers, didn’t mind the task anymore! We made some more design changes to make it even easier, more comfortable for the baby and safer. We added some fun characters, some colors, different silhouettes for the different seasons. I teamed up with my dependable friends from industry and created a team to design, develop, source and market the “EZ-ON Babeez”. We have now embarked on a journey to use the new design and create beautiful, comfortable, safe and environmentally friendly baby’s clothing line, “EZ-On Babeez!” brand by La Moda Zona.
My Thoughts
I love baby clothes. Whether I’m dressing a little boy or a girl, if it’s a bright color, fun pattern, or has a sweet saying on the front, then I’m probably buying it. Now, baby bodysuits are super easy to care for, and you can add pants or a skirt or even shorts depending on the weather and occasion. And almost every store on the planet now carries a bunch of selections or you can order online from any number of vendors.
But the snaps were always a downside about these bodysuits. As if the squirming bundle of joy wants to be laid down and held still so you can change a wet or dirty diaper, much less hold still even longer to snap the snaps over top! Plus if they leaked at all, you are changing the outfit as well!
So you have to check out these new items from EZ-On Babeez. It’s still the cute baby bodysuit design you know and love, but instead of snaps, they use Velcro. And the liner is “wet resistant” and can be wiped clean. Oh, and the Velcro closes more towards the belly button instead of down between the baby’s legs. The only other thing I needed to be sold on was having a choice of colors & designs.

There is literally something for everyone so diaper changing is made easier on you and the baby while they also sport sweet and fun outfits. We ordered a soft blue baby bodysuit & pants, with the saying “My little Honey Bee”; a grey suit & pants with a white animal paw print; a blue & white stripe bodysuit with a matching skirt; and a plain red bodysuit.
