My Thoughts:
Our crew loves playing board games. Whether we are entertaining or just hanging out, these games rarely see much time on the bookshelf storage unit.
I like the Monkeys Up™ because I can play it with all the little ones. Yeah, we have to adjust the rules a little..but the laughter and smiles of the little ones makes the time precious.
My grandson Ryan, always asks to play the Rooster Race™. He usually beats me and thinks that is too cool. I like that he is learning to understand predicting things based on known limits, which will help him later in life.
Wizard Roll takes a while for the younger ages to be able to play it on their own. It really makes them think and plan. Players do need to be old enough (7+) to read and reason in order to enjoy this game. When we have the little ones that are not solid readers playing, we just partner up so everyone can be included.
