I am not a big sweet eater, but every now and again I get a craving for something ooey-gooey and chocolately. Chocolate has always been a favorite of mine and who can resist the flavors of Smores?! Besides the campfire kind of Smores, there are other ways to enjoy the delicious flavor! Try our delectable Smores Cake Recipe! It is so easy you will wonder why it isn’t on your list of desserts already!
This Smores Cake Recipe makes a yummy delectably, RICH dessert. Don’t say I didn’t warn you! However, your taste buds will be singing! I used my Copper Chef Deep Fry Pan to cook it and it came out perfectly, don’t you think? Smores Cake is great as an after-supper dessert or just as good for an afternoon snack. It is especially good with a tall glass of milk or a hot cup of coffee.

Smores Cake Recipe
Featuring recipe adapted from Copper Chef and using a Copper Chef Deep Fry Pan.
Ingredients
1 box chocolate cake mix
8 graham crackers, cut in half
1/2 bag marshmallows mini
1 bag chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the cake mix according to the instructions on the and set aside.
Place 9 half graham crackers on the bottom of the Copper Chef pan.
Sprinkle half the chocolate chips on top of the graham crackers.
Pour the cake mix on top.
Place the pan in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Crush the rest of the graham crackers.
Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers, marshmallows, and the rest of the chocolate chips over the cake.
Place the pan back into the oven for another 5-10 minutes until the marshmallows are melted.
Let cool.
Serve and enjoy!
NOTES:
Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly.
You can melt the chocolate chips on top completely or leave a little intact for a bit of chocolate crunch.
