  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 8 graham crackers, cut in half
  • ½ bag marshmallows mini
  • 1 bag chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the cake mix according to the instructions on the and set aside.
  3. Place 9 half graham crackers on the bottom of the Copper Chef pan.
  4. Sprinkle half the chocolate chips on top of the graham crackers.
  5. Pour the cake mix on top.
  6. Place the pan in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Crush the rest of the graham crackers.
  8. Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers, marshmallows, and the rest of the chocolate chips over the cake.
  9. Place the pan back into the oven for another 5-10 minutes until the marshmallows are melted.
  10. Let cool.
  11. Serve and enjoy!

Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly.

You can melt the chocolate chips on top completely or leave a little intact for a bit of chocolate crunch.
