My Thoughts
Anytime is a great time to get healthier. To be honest, the Mini Smart Scale has motivated me to eat healthier and exercise more often. The Yunmai app reminds you to weigh yourself. It will also tell you how many pounds you’ve gained or lost since your last weigh in. It kind of holds you accountable if you know what I mean!
You can measure your BMI (body mass index), Body Fat, Water, Muscle, Protein, and Visceral Fat which is the body fat that is stored within the abdominal cavity. Very interesting! It also provides your BMR (Basal metabolic rate) and Fitness Age. I am 42 and 7 months and it said my Fitness Age is 43. My husband got a kick out of that and said it was accurate. haha!
My weight has fluctuated from 140-143 over the past 2 weeks going up and down. So with knowing that, I can set goals to maintain my current weight or strive to reach my optimal weight which is suggested to be a maximum of 130 lbs.
You can really get as involved as you want with the Yunmai app. It really is incredible. The Tracking Graph allows you to keep up with weight and body fat over days, weeks, months, or the year. The great thing is that everything you need to be successful is all included in the app. There is nothing to keep up with. The app keeps track of it all and displays it at the touch of a finger!
