Lift High Protein Muffins Make a Great Meal #Review

June 27, 2017 by Misty Stephens

Lift Protein Muffins are a Paleo Meal Replacement

This summer I am really being health conscience.  I am cutting out breads and eating smaller portions.  As well as eating better I am being more active.  I really need a good boost in the morning to get my day started, so I am not hungry.  Lift Protein Muffins are the perfect start to my day.  They are a full meal replacement, and I am not hungry an hour later.  They also make a great lunch or dinner if you are in a rush since they only take 45 seconds to microwave.

About Lift Protein Muffins

Lift Protein Muffins are 100% Paleo and come in individual wrapped bags that store easily in the freezer until you are ready to eat them.  Then you can microwave them for 45 seconds or bake them for 15 minutes.  They average 18-19 grams of protein which will help keep you focused all day.

Lift Protein  Muffins are free off:

  • Gluten
  • Artificial Flavors
  • Artificial Sweeteners
  • Artificial Colors
  • Soy
  • Lactose
  • Trans Fat
  • MSG

Chocolate Zucchini Muffin

This beautiful Chocolate Zucchini Muffin has zucchini, apples, eggs, almonds, cashews, and other healthy ingredients in it.  It is my favorite of the three muffins.  I love almonds and the chocolate melts in it, so it is a decadent healthy option.  You can see the zucchini pieces in it, which reaffirms the healthy benefits of these muffins.  It is a filling meal that tastes great. Since my kids keep eating my muffins I hide them under things in the freezer.  Most noteworthy about these muffins is the amount of protein you get while you feel like your eating carbs.

Banana Chocolate Muffin

The Banana Chocolate Muffin has delicious walnuts all over its top.  It has big chocolate chunks that melt a little when you bake or microwave it.   You can see the awesome texture of this muffin.  It is a little slice of healthy heaven.  I love the combination of banana with chocolate, and again those walnuts on top.

Apple Cinnamon Muffin

The Apple Cinnamon Muffin has apples, eggs, banana, coconut milk, coconut flour, grass fed whey protein, raisins, almonds, honey, and spices.  It is a dense muffin with raisins on top.  I really prefer the nutty texture of the other two but the apple cinnamon was good too.

Mom’s Thoughts

These muffins were awesome as meal replacements especially since I am currently avoiding gluten.  It gave me the taste of a great muffin without the gluten and carbs.  Furthermore it was packed with protein so I was not hungry in an hour or two.  I like how each muffin is individually wrapped so I do not have to put them in separate freezer bags myself in order to freeze them.  That is how they recommend they are kept until you want to eat them.  They are pretty to look at, good to eat, and healthy as well.  That is my kind of muffin!

Which flavor sounds the best to you?
