Chicken Tenders are a favorite for many people. Today, we have a flavorful and even healthier version for you with our Garlic and Herb Chicken Tenders. This recipe uses simple ingredients and takes only minutes to prepare and by using the air fryer, it can be a healthier alternative to frying!
Don’t worry! The recipe works however you cook it, but we can’t stop gushing about the Power Air Fryer 🙂 However you make them, your family will love these flavorful, juicy chicken tenders. Serve them with French Fries and a side of Ranch Dressing, Honey Mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
Garlic and Herb Chicken Tenders Recipe
Ingredients:
6 Chicken Tenders
3 Large Eggs
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 Cup Flour
1 Cup Garlic and Herb Bread Crumbs
Kosher Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
1 tsp Olive Oil
Instructions:
Mix Bread crumbs and olive oil in a medium sized bowl.
Place flour in another bowl.
Combine eggs with 1/4 cup milk.
Liberally season the chicken with the Kosher salt and pepper.
Dip the chicken tenders into the flour to coat. Then, dip in egg/milk mixture. Roll, and press, into the bread crumb mixture to coat.
Place in a single layer into the Air Fryer fry basket.
Press the “M” button and scroll to the French Fries Icon.
Press the Power button and adjust cooking time to 14 minutes at 400 degrees.
Flip the tenders over half way through the cooking time.
Remove from Air Fryer and serve with a side of Ranch dressing or Honey Mustard Dipping sauce.
Enjoy healthy, juicy, crisp chicken!
