Garlic and Herb Chicken Tenders Recipe

- 6 Chicken Tenders
- 3 Large Eggs
- ¼ cup Milk
- ½ Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Garlic and Herb Bread Crumbs
- Kosher Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- Mix Bread crumbs and olive oil in a medium sized bowl.
- Place flour in another bowl.
- Combine eggs with ¼ cup milk.
- Liberally season the chicken with the Kosher salt and pepper.
- Dip the chicken tenders into the flour to coat. Then, dip in egg/milk mixture. Roll, and press, into the bread crumb mixture to coat.
- Place in a single layer into the Air Fryer fry basket.
- Press the “M” button and scroll to the French Fries Icon.
- Press the Power button and adjust cooking time to 14 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Flip the tenders over half way through the cooking time.
- Remove from Air Fryer and serve with a side of Ranch dressing or Honey Mustard Dipping sauce.
- Enjoy healthy, juicy, crisp chicken!
