These Red, White, and Blue Fruit Skewers with Dip are a delight for adults and kids alike. The best part is you don’t have to feel guilty while enjoying them! Fresh strawberries, blueberries, and bananas are the stars and by using Greek Yogurt, with honey as a sweetener, it makes the dip just as healthy! Nope! No guilt here for these amazing star-spangled treats!
These fun Red, White, and Blue Fruit Skewers with Dip are super easy to make and take only minutes. Why not surprise your family and/or guest with this fruity delight? Red, White, and Blue Fruit Skewers with Yogurt Dip
Ingredients:
Strawberries
Bananas
Blueberries- or other blue colored fruit
Small cup of Greek Yogurt
1 Tbls. Honey
White Melting Chocolate, optional
Wooden Skewers
Instructions:
Add Honey to the Greek Yogurt.
Stir until well combined. Set aside.
Wash and cap strawberries. Rinse the blueberries. Peel and slice the bananas about 1/2 inch thick.
Begin threading the fruit onto the wooden skewers. Add 2 blueberries and push down mid-way onto the skewer. Add a slice of banana, and then a strawberry. Repeat in the same order, ending with the strawberry on the top of the skewer. Note that there is no right or wrong way for this.
Do not fill the skewer more than one-half to two-thirds full, as you want enough room left to comfortably be able to hold the skewer.
That’s it! Your done!
Serve with the honey-yogurt fruit dip.

Want to add a little extra YUM?
Optional: Melt a few disc of melting chocolate in a plastic baggie. Snip the tip off, or puncture with a toothpick. Drizzle the chocolate across the fruit skewers for a delectable delight!
