Smoothie season is here!
I am a huge fan of smoothie season because they make me feel healthier. Do you get that feeling after you drink a smoothie? I do. I emit an energy of health after being refreshed by my favorite smoothie! Our friend Tracy at Having Fun Saving must feel the same way. She’s a Florida transplant who takes full advantage of our beautiful weather by creating smoothie recipes as often as possible. She has so many smoothie recipes on her blog that this roundup was almost an “Ode to Tracy” feature! My favorite is her Blueberry Cucumber Protein Smoothie; it is the only way to take your protein powder.

Not everyone loves blueberry in their smoothie. My youngest son devours blueberry muffins and frozen blueberries by themselves, but cannot stand when I put them in his smoothies. Instead, I use Raspberry or Blackberries to sweeten his drink. If blueberries aren’t your thing either, check out Tracy’s Raspberry Cucumber Smoothie — Yum!
