For my review, I ordered the Copper Clay Large Ceramic Casserole and the Herb Green unglazed deep dish pizza pan. They are beautiful pieces that arrived very quickly and packaged very well. I am very impressed with the quality of the pieces and I love that they are made in the USA!
Emerson Creek Pottery has so many items to choose from, that it is hard to pick what you want. They also have many beautiful prints in each category. There are so many patterns and colors to choose from and you can get entire sets of dishes.
I invited guests over and cooked our meal in my new pottery bakeware. It cooked the food to perfection and was delicious. I was a little skeptical of how much work it might take to clean the bakeware, but was pleasantly surprised when it cleaned up quite easily. The pottery is dishwasher, microwave and oven safe. I will be adding more pieces and designs to my wish list!
