The Best Taste on Earth and high quality are and have always been Sergio’s and my top goals. Regarding allergens, I will say that from the beginning we were surprised to discover not only how many people are concerned about individual ingredients, but how many people have allergies and food sensitivities. We did not consider allergens or ingredients that people might be sensitive to when we formulated YumEarth candy, but we have tried to change our ingredients to accommodate as many as we can as long as it does not compromise YumEarth’s wonderful taste, flavor and mouth feel. It continues to be a truly difficult balancing act and we greatly appreciate your feedback!!! In the summer of 2011 I was diagnosed as a Celiac and for the first time in my life I have an allergy. I have always loved making YumEarth for people with allergies and I have always enjoyed the challenge of changing ingredients to suit their needs, but I never actually wanted to become a “person with an allergy”!!! YumEarth is the only candy I can have in my home when many of my children’s friends visit. Why? Because I once allowed a friend’s child to have a sucker made with a color dye that she doesn’t allow. When she returned to the room she quickly replaced my treat with a YumEarth Organic Pop from the stash she brings with her in her purse. I was instantly in awe of her quick response — “are you Super Mom?”…
“…Not super mom, but an allergy mom.”
Food allergies is something I can relate to. Many foods and candies are made with lemon and it is not an ingredient that many people are allergic to. When I mention my allergy to others they usually respond with a puzzled look of confusion — I am aware that I am likely the first person they have ever met that shares my allergy, but it is an allergy nonetheless.
YumEarth is one of the first companies that I have ever seen list which of their products has lemon. When I grab a bag of organic pops for my kids, I love being able to pinpoint which pops I’m not going to be able to eat.

Mom’s Thoughts on YumEarth Gummy Bears:
My husband and I found ourselves taking the Gummy Bears when the kids weren’t looking — shameful, I know. They were really flavorful and the perfect sweet snack. I was more than willing to give them to all six of my children and the kids that visited while performing this review.
My kids, and our neighbor kids, said the YumEarth candy was “AMAZING!”
One child who was new to YumEarth said they were the “Best gummies I have ever had in my life!”
