You want your kids to be healthy, so it is important to give them snacks that are going to be good for them. Taste is also important if you want your kids to eat the snacks you prepare. You can find many good and tasty snacks that you can pack with ease.

Yogurt

A small yogurt can help curb your children’s appetite. It is a snack that has vitamins in it and that will give your children a healthy burst of energy. For more variety, add granola or different fruits to yogurt for a tasty treat that doesn’t get boring.

 

Peanut Butter

Peanut butter is a healthy snack as long as you do not overdo it. You can add peanut butter to sandwich bread, a bagel, or even use it as a dip paired with foods like apples or celery.

 

Nuts

Nuts like almonds and cashews make great kid friendly snacks. These choices can help to reduce stress and cholesterol as well. Your kids will love eating nuts even more when paired with chocolate and raisins for trail mix.
