There is also the Pandoro Di Verona Limonce’.  This version of their star shaped cake is dusted with lemon-flavored powdered sugar and filled with delicate lemon liqueur-flavored cream.  The rich,  soft, and moist Pandoro Limoncé  is a great addition to any meal, special occasion or everyday dinner.  It is the taste of Italy today.

 

The Bauli Panettone Di Milano is a holiday cake from Milan that is beloved by Italians.  It is baked in a special cylindrical mold to give it its distinct and festive shape.  It is all natural and made with simple ingredients such as butter, sugar and eggs, along with sweet raisins and glazed orange peels. 

All these delicious cakes come in a nice box that is perfect to store the cakes in, or to carry to a family gathering.  The Pandoro cakes come with a packet of powdered sugar to put on before serving.  They also have a stay fresh bag that you can put leftover cake in to keep it moist.  

The cakes were very good and could easily be a family favorite.  I really loved that you can cut the Pandoro horizontally or vertically.  If you cut it horizontally it leaves each slice looking like a star.  Included were recipe ideas to make each dessert even better, like Pandoro stawberry shortcake, and Panettone french toast.  I did not try these recipes because I liked it just the way it came.  It looked special because of its shape, and it tasted as good as it looked.

 

As well as the holiday cakes offered by Bauli Authentic Italian, they have mini Pandoro, mini Panettone, chocolate flavor croissants, vanilla custard croissants, cherry jelly croissants, and mini chocolate and vanilla croissants.
