The problem with processed snacks is that they usually give you a brief boost of energy, but then drop you down soon after. This is because these foods are typically filled with refined sugar, and are so processed that your body quickly absorbs it into the blood stream. This means a spike in blood sugar levels, which the body must overcompensate for – hence the crash in energy. You’re then left to grab another snack bar to boost energy, creating a vicious circle. Fresh food will pick you up and keep you up!
Drink Water or Tea
