Selk’bag- a fun form-fit sleeping bag!
Summer is here! But, up in New England, it still gets chilly at night. My son especially, gets cold easily- that’s what happens when he loses 30 lbs and grows 6 inches taller in a year! (from puberty 🙂 ) I thought he would LOVE the Selk’Bag so he could keep warm at night when he camps out with his friends. He wasn’t too excited to model the Selk’Bag when it was 90 degrees out, but I think the pictures will make you laugh.

Our Thoughts:
The Selk’bag is one of my favorite new summer fun products! Not only does it keep you warm on those chilly camp outs, you can even hike in it. It looks like a puffy snowsuit! The zippers are well-placed and it is easy to get on and off. We love the removable booties- my son likes to show off his sock collection and rarely wears shoes.
Usually, my son uses a bamboo throw blanket on the couch to watch TV. Now he can wear the Selk’bag when he gets chilly and he won’t have to layer on the blankets. It has a hood with drawstrings to help keep in your body heat.
We can’t wait for our annual camping trip in August so we can try it out for real. It’s such a great concept, I am going to order another one for myself! I hate waking up shivering in the morning on our camp outs.
