After a busy week, wouldn’t it feel great to lay down in the green grass, look up at the clouds and just relax?
Here are my top 3 favorite ways to relax and regroup on Saturdays:
- Give yourself a time out! Sometimes you just need to lock yourself in your room, turn on HGTV and breathe.
- Have family picnic. Instead of rushing around, eating fast food and shoveling food into hungry mouths, pack a simple picnic lunch. Take just a blanket and easy finger foods and have a fun picnic with your family. The kids will love it and they can spill all they want outside.
- Turn off all electronic devices for a few hours. No TV, Computers, Text messaging, no Facebook no Words with Friends. Play a board game, make a fort, play flashlight tag.
