This large casserole dish from Emerson Creek Pottery, as well as their other products, are made with non-toxic clay in the USA. This particular dish holds one and a half quarts and measures 12 inches long by 8 inches wide and 2 inches deep.
I like the Copper Clay color but they have a variety of colors/designs. The dish is very easy to clean since the glaze used makes the inside smooth and shiny.
