I have chronic back pain. Yes, I have had surgery, I have had injections, I have had physical therapy. Nothing ever lasts very long to keep my pain under control. My Thoughts:
One of the first things we figured out was that this device is so powerful, it can’t be cordless. (This is what happens when we don’t read directions first) When it still didn’t work after it was plugged in overnight, then we figured out it is not cordless. There is a good reason- there isn’t a battery available that will hold that much energy for this device.
My hubby has been using it on his shoulder. After he applies a thin layer of the gel that comes with the Silk’n, he slowly moves it a circle around the painful area. He has been using if for about 15 minutes a day and has marked pain relief in his shoulder.
Personally, I haven’t been able to use it on my back by myself- I can’t reach it well enough by myself. I have used it on my pelvic and tummy area for cramps. It has really been a big help! I haven’t had to take any Alleve at all!
