My son is 9 and doesn’t sleep well at night.  He wakes up 2 or 3 times to either get a drink, go to the bathroom or to sleepwalk.  He wakes up with dark circles under his eyes and with a dry mouth from being stuffy or snoring (or both.)  Until I put the Salt Lamp in his room, next to his bed.  He loves the Salt Lamp’s red glow.  He says it’s very relaxing and soothing.  It fills his room with a warm glow that is very pretty.  No need for a night light or to leave a lamp on anymore.  He has been using it for about 10 days now and he has only gone sleepwalking once in those 10 days- he was sleepwalking EVERY night before.  He wakes up feeling refreshed now.  His dark circles have dramatically reduced and he doesn’t seem to snore as much.  He wakes up smiling and ready for a great day. He just started back to school and I am looking forward to his increased concentration and easier learning benefits that come from the Salt Lamp.

I highly recommend the Salt Lamp for you or your children.  A friend of mine tells me it really helps her with concentration  and relaxation.  I can’t wait for Christmas so I can buy some for my co-workers and family.  The Mini Himalayan Salt Lamp ($24.99)  would make a great gift.  If you are looking for ionization in  a bigger area, it is better to buy a bigger salt lamp. I can’t wait to get a bigger Salt Lamp for our master bedroom!
