When I was younger days seemed to linger and from one birthday to the next felt like an eternity. Time seemed to stand still much of the time. Now, as a mama to three of the coolest kids around, months seem to pass by in the blink of an eye. My babies have morphed into teens and pre-teens and I’m just not sure how it happened so quickly! Moments. Somehow the moments bled together into days, the days turned into months, and the months slipped passed in a whirlwind. So many memories have been made over the past 13 years – but so much has been lost in that whirlwind of time. It’s gone… likely never to be remembered again. I recently had the opportunity to get a wedding band. The ordering process was super simple. I scanned my hubbies fingerprint into an app, emailed it, and received my custom ring shortly. We call it my “mommy loves daddy ring”. Have you ever tried explaining exactly what a wedding ring represents to a very inquisitive 4 year old? That’s where our “name” came from – after a very lengthy conversation. 🙂
Not only can you have your loved ones fingerprint engraved in gold, you can also have much of their jewelry personalized with a sentimental saying, initials, names… or whatever else you’d like.
