Cheeseburger Baked Potato Pizza!
30 minute Meal!
15 min prep & 15 min bake
Ingredients:
- Pillsbury Pizza Crust
- 3 small/medium Potatoes
- Ground Beef (3/4 lb)
- Shredded Cheese
- Butter or Margarine
- Sour Cream
- Ranch Dressing
- Special Sauce- I used Texas Tumbler Marinade
Preheat oven to 375 and bake the Pizza Crust in a 13×9 pan for 10 minutes
Brown the Ground Beef and drain the grease
Bake or microwave 3 small/medium potatoes.
Add Butter, Sour cream, Cheese, Ranch Dressing to the Baked Potatoes
(I don’t really mash mine, just fix them like you are fixing a baked potato.)
After the Crust is browned, spread your special sauce on the crust with some cheddar cheese
Add your prepared Baked Potato in a layer on top.
Add more Cheese.
Add the ground beef.
Yes, Add more Cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes at 375.
Eat and Enjoy!
Now, for a healthier option, use less cheese (GASP) and substitute veggies for hamburger.
We have tried Broccoli and Cheese Baked Potato Pizza and it was great!
