Parks

A park is an ideal location for a birthday party for a child. The guests can play on the equipment while the adults sit and talk. There are often picnic tables and grills that you can use. Decorate the tables in any way that you like, and add a few decorations on the walls of the shelter as well as almost parks have a covered area where the tables are located. This is also a location to consider for adults as there is plenty of room to mingle.

Aquariums

An aquarium is a fun way that children can enjoy animals that live in the water. There are usually birthday parties San Antonio aquariums hold in special rooms that feature decorations, food and sometimes a cake. You can usually take your own cake so that the party is as personalized as possible. A benefit is that you’ll likely get a group discount on tickets if there are several children who attend the party. Tour guides can take children around the aquarium, or you can let children walk around together if they are old enough while the adults follow behind for supervision. The birthday guest of honor can use any money that is received at the gift shop as there is usually one located in most aquariums.

Getting Crafty

Most cities have a craft studio of some type. This is a place where guests can go to paint a piece of pottery or paint a large wooden design in any color that they want. Details that include a name or a special phrase can be added to the pieces to make them unique. Most birthday packages come with a reduced price for the guests and a special token for the guest of honor.

Touring A Fun Factory

If you live in a town that has a factory or a special business that makes items that children might enjoy, such as crayons or ice cream, then consider taking a group on a tour. Let the owners know that the tour is for a birthday, and you’ll likely see a few surprises on the tour. Most companies will offer free samples for the guests who are there. You can see how items are made and usually get a goodie bag at the end.

Bowling Away

You can’t go wrong with a birthday party at a bowling alley. This is another idea that is ideal for adults or children. If the party is for a child, then ask for a private room so that you can have cake and presents away from the rest of the people in the building. Adults are usually content with their own lane away from others so that they can enjoy a fun time together. Most bowling alley have birthday packages that include a certain length of time for bowling, shoes and even a few treats for the guests.

Your next birthday celebration doesn’t have to be boring. There are numerous venue ideas that can help take the difficulty out of planning, such as a large park. Make sure you clean up after the party so that others can enjoy the venue just as much as you did.
