Pens make great gifts – if you do it right!
I love pens so much – I hoard them! But we recently moved, plus I have a preschooler, and slowly my pen supply was purged and dwindled. I discovered some great new favorites from Pilot.

FriXion pens are erasable – and much better than the erasable pens of my youth. It seems like magic – that little rubber tip actually removes the gel ink. It actually works with heat-sensitive ink, so the friction causes it to disappear. The color options allow me to color code everything so that my life can be viewed at a glance.
They come in a variety of styles, including the ColorSticks, that has up to ten colors, and the Ball Clicker in seven colors.
