About Freida’s Pantry
Freida’s Pantry was started by Sharon Kaur in February of 2015 in the United Kingdom. Sharon experienced health issues after the birth of her third child. Sharon’s mother created bars for her from her native country, India. Soon, Sharon began to feel stronger and was finally receiving the essential nutrients she was lacking. Freida’s Pantry came to the United States market in September of 2016.
The bars at Freida’s Pantry are made from high quality ingredients traditionally used in ancient cultures and they contain no GMO’s, no additives and no preservatives. Each bar is designed to help moms get the essential nutrients they need and helps to increase energy levels as well.
Freida’s Pantry features three different bars
- Feeding Food
- Supercharged Food with Maca and Chia
- Supercharged Food with Goji and Fennel
Feeding Food bars are made for breastfeeding moms and feature ingredients that include oats, pistachios, sunflower seeds and raisins, to provide moms with essential fiber and protein.
Supercharged Food with Maca and Chia bars feature Maca and Goji, which help with energy levels. It also features nine different nuts, seeds and grains.
Supercharged Food with Goji and Fennel bars feature Goji berries, which are packed with vitamins, Chia seeds; a great source of protein, and Quinoa, that is loaded with fiber.
My Thoughts
My “baby” is 10 years old now, however, Freida’s Pantry bars are for all moms, no matter what age or stage you are in. I had the opportunity to sample Super Charged Food bars with Maca & Chia and Goji & Fennel Supercharged Food bars. Both bars were truly delicious, although I must admit Maca and Chia are my favorite. And as a mama of 40+ with younger children, Maca is a must in my daily diet and lifestyle!

The energy boost I received was incredible – no more 3 pm slump! It feels amazing knowing that I’m eating healthy snacks with wholesome ingredients. It’s also fun to tell the kids “hands off, these are “mommy’s bars!” Finally a delicious snack for us!
