Who is ready for a little excitement in the doll world? I’m so excited to tell you guys about Vivienne – A Global Girl. She’s a fun doll that we fell in love with around here. Stay tuned as I tell you more about Vivienne.
My Thoughts
Having a daughter has been a different experience for me in more than one way. Before I found out I was having a girl, I expected to add another boy to my band of 3 boys. I was used to fighting superheroes, sword-wielding ninjas, and blasting transformers, so having a daughter instead of a fourth boy was a big surprise. Although I still get plenty of the fighting, I’ve also been introduced to the world of pink dresses, fluffy skirts, and baby dolls. This pink, girly world has been fun to experience, which is why I was so excited to get Vivienne, the Global Girl from France.
Hannah Was So Excited
When Vivienne arrived on our doorstep, Hannah couldn’t wait to get her out of the box. After opening her, this Global Girl doll was given a big hug by my toddler. Hannah wanted to start playing with her, but the boys were going crazy so I decided to pack up all the kiddos and head to the park. That way Hannah could get the chance to play with her new doll.
At the park, I cannot tell you how many moms asked where we got Hannah’s Global Girl doll. They loved everything about Vivienne, including her stylish outfit and her long, blonde hair. She even has a tiny pair of rhinestone earrings, completing her fashionable look.
Park Play Date
Hannah loved playing with Vivienne at the park. She pulled her around, moved her arms and legs, and even tried on Vivienne’s hat! They even got to swing together since Vivienne’s legs can be moved into a sitting position. It was so cute to watch her interact with her new favorite toy!
I am definitely looking forward to all of the future adventures that Hannah and Vivienne will go on. Hopefully there is a tea party scheduled for the near future. We might even need to add to our Global Girl collection so that we can have more “guests” at the table.
