I have been on the search for new ways to bring more calm and tranquility into my home. It seems we are constantly bombarded by TV, cell phones and all other electronics and quite often I find myself on edge. Well, little did I know that all these things were putting positive ions in the air! Those positive ions need to be balanced out…..well, plug in the Himalayan salt lamp!

How about just sitting and listening to a brook or waterfall? Those things are relaxing, it is because they emit negative ions.
