Here in Carolina we are fighting our way back from a little guy named Matthew. This hurricane absolutely wreaked havoc on many neighborhoods and three days later water levels are still rising. Many people are still without power and our linemen are working lots of hours while wading through lots of water. No doubt, there have been lots of board games and rounds of hide & seek played, as parents search for ways to occupy kids out of school. As the sun begins to settle and apprehension starts its rise, I’m sure many mamas reach for that trusty favorite book. All of our kids have one, my middle always loved, “I Can Dig” (he still loves to “dig” today!).
