Curious to see what would show up after placing my order, I was very pleasantly surprised. The order came in a very timely manner for something that is custom made. The stitching is very nicely done, there were no strings hanging. They had attached an extra button in a little bag to the tag. The dress has pockets, which I love, and it is exactly the way I ordered it.
It is a very easy process to use. You log on to their page, pick out what you want, then you can order a general size like any other online retailer, or you can totally customize for a small fee. My mother is a seamstress and has made clothes for me all my life so I was skeptical of getting a good fit when you could not try on as it is being made. However, I sent in all my measurements (and they are very through) and in a relatively short turn around, I received a dress that fit like a glove!
I love that you can change things on any given outfit. I picked out the basic style I wanted, and when I got to the customizing part, I discovered you can change the sleeves, the neckline, and the hemline if you choose.
