I am about to share something crazy with the Mom Does Reviews audience that may be hard to believe. When I was a kid, we did not have running water. We used to draw water out of a well. What I can appreciate about the Big Berkey Water Filter the most is that it is rated as one of the best on the market. These water filters have actually been through laboratory testing to see what exactly it has removed from the water. See the test results for yourself. I have to admit that I am pretty impressed. The Black Berkey Purification Elements have a lot of power in helping to remove all of the gunk and funk in the water today. I am the mom of four small children and I love seeing them drink water, but only if it not full of contaminants.
Love the Way it Looks
I was a little nervous about having a water system on my countertop, but I really LOVE the way it looks on my counter. I wish I could fit it in my fridge, but I just fill up a pitcher and add the water to my fridge. I also have an ice maker in my fridge, so access to cold water is possible.
