Get Ready For Take Off

With the Holidays approaching most parents are trying to figure out what to get for their children.  There is a lot out on the market these days and it can be hard to navigate through all of the toys.  Auldey Toys is a brand that takes play seriously.  They have several lines including Super Wings, Sky Rover, Wave Racers, and Race-Tin.  These great toys are geared to a wide range of ages, and appeal to both boys and girls.  On this review you can check out some real great toy options for your family.

Super Wings World Airport Playset

Calling all Super Wings fans.  If your child loves the TV series about Jett and Donnie, this Super Wings World airport playset will be a huge hit.  It is large with a 35-inch scale that will entertain your children for hours.  They can attach their planes to the balance beam on top of the control tower and spin them around so they fly.  There is electronic sounds and lights that say several different sayings when you push the center button.  There is also electronic voices when you launch the planes down the ramp.  There are base compartments to open and explore with things like a moving luggage carousel.   The planes also transform into bots.  Just add a few more planes and you will have a perfect entertaining set.

This playset was easy to put together, and I was impressed with all the little parts that move.  It was fun to have the planes fly around the tower.  There is something to do on both the front and the back, so the kids can easily play together.  The faces on these planes were so cute and endearing, I think I will watch the show to see them all.  My daughter really enjoyed playing with this set.  The only thing she needed was the pink helicopter named Dizzy.  I like the fact that a pink helicopter exists for all the little girls out there.

Sky Rover Voice Command Drone

For the kids that are a little older, Auldey has some amazing voice controlled Sky Rovers.  This Sky Rover Voice Command Drone is easy to use, and perfect for all levels of flyers.  It has 12 voice commands it responds to with its Voice Command technology.  You can verbally have it “take-off”  or do double flips.  It has four individual motors that are protected by propeller guards.

This Drone was so cool to fly.  You really just had to say specific commands and the Drone did what was requested.  It was fun to watch my son get the commands wrong and the Drone then do random things.  The Drone worked fine, but my son, he is another story.  The Drone had blue and red lights on it and could hover with great precision.  He had it land on a fan that was off, then he had it bump into the blades to make the fan blades spin.  The propeller guards were so awesome, since the Drone was flown into the ceiling and walls several times.  Even with the stunt flying it is holding up great.  The popcorn on my ceiling however lost the battle as he learned how to control it.  On that note this Drone can be used inside and outside.  He now is getting more skilled with manual controls and voice commands.

Sky Rover Voice Command Missile Launcher

This Sky Rover Voice Command helicopter by Auldey is really fun to fly.  It has a gyro balanced engine for easy and stable flying, plus 8 missiles which shoot from it with a spoken command.  This helicopter responds to voice commands just like the Drone.  A cool command is “Enemy Scan” which causes the helicopter to fly in a circular motion.

This cool little helicopter has a white light on the front and a blue light inside.  My younger son was the quality control on this Sky Rover.  He had a lot of fun flying it.  It was cool to watch it fly up and then shoot its missiles out.  It hovers very smoothly and does seem very balanced.  He has had several helicopters in the past and this one flew the best.  He was controlling it mostly with the hand held controls, but did toy with the Voice Command.

These toys were a huge hit in my family and I am sure your children would love them just as much.  The Super Wings World Airport is recommended for ages 3 and up.  The Sky Rover Helicopter for ages 8 and up, and the Drone for 10 and up.  This year surprise your children with the gift of flight from Auldey.
