Everyone is Taking on a New Look this August!
Along with back-to-school came a long list of teen wants and needs. What topped the list surprised me because it wasn’t the usual clothes, supplies, and new instruments. They asked for new personal hygiene products; specific deodorants, facial care creams, and more. This is the first year that I have received such a list from them. While I love my teen son hinting that he would like to shower more than once a week this year, I’m not sure I’m ready for all of this. I want them to stay little forever.
I wish children came with a rewind button…
After I stuffed my “but I wish you were little” feelings back down. I showed them a quiz from Albertson’s that would help us choose the right products for them. The quiz asked four simple questions and provided us with four product suggestions. Since the questions were rather specific, each of my teens took the quiz on their own.

I couldn’t get everything from their results in this week’s shopping trip, but I was able to get one item each. Now they are happy teens (and you know that isn’t something that happens everyday!)
We chose Noxzema® Classic Clean Original Deep Cleansing Cream, Vaseline® Intensive Care™ Advanced Repair Unscented Lotion, and Axe Dry Spray – Adrenaline 48 Hour.
