Before I had kids, I used to get my nails done regularly, in fact any day and any time. These days, getting to the nail salon is something of a distant dream with all of the things I have going on in life. Between work, two kids, a newly adopted puppy, and all of the chores that need to be kept up on at home, I can’t seem to find the time to escape from the house for some “me time”.
Usually If I do, it usually consists of running to Target as I grab a coffee, rush to get back home because my kids are having a meltdown, all while my husband is texting me to get home ASAP. Does that sound a little bit familiar?
With Melody Susie Nail Dryer and Gel Nail Polish, I have finally been able to treat myself again! The dryer works so fast, I really do feel like I took the salon home with me. All I do is trim around my nails and cuticles and I am ready for polish. The colors are super cute and great for any season! Last weekend I had a birthday party to attend and I really wanted to have cute nails for the occasion, but I didn’t have much time. I just whipped out the nail dryer and polish and got started. From start to finish, it only took me about fifteen minutes! I couldn’t believe how fast and efficient the dryer dried my nails. The cool part is, you can set the timer for 15, 30, or 60 seconds. There is a sensor inside and will start whenever you put your hand or foot inside the dryer. Wait for the beep and just like that, your nails are done and you’re ready to go.
Before, when I used to paint my nails, I had to make sure it was while the kids were in bed so I knew I had plenty of time to let them dry so I didn’t smudge them. But now, I can do it while the kids are playing and they don’t even notice.
Not only is it super easy to do my own nails now, the fact they the nail polish hasn’t chipped yet is a miracle. It has lasted through washing my hands a million times (with a baby, a toddler, and a puppy the hand washing never stops!), doing dishes and cooking, and not to mention giving the kids a bath. In addition, I also work with money, and counting change alone usually chips my nail polish instantly. But, we are still holding strong and I couldn’t be happier about it!
For all the busy women out there, this product is a must-have. Melody Susie products would also be a hit for a girls sleep-over party, I know I would have loved this as a young girl. There is just so much all around fun with this, you cant go wrong.
