To be honest, in my search for the perfect swimsuit, I wouldn’t have thought to look online. I was caught up in the misconception that I had to try a swimsuit on in order to purchase one. Before you begin shopping, using the Fit Guide to assist you, measure your bust, waist, and hips. Don’t worry, there are pictures that point to exactly where you need to use your body tape measure. That was a tremendous help and the reason why my swimsuit fits perfectly. I am convinced of that!
After determining your size for top and bottom, you shop by body shape; Full Busted, Pear, Hourglass, or Straight. These categories make it easy to go straight to the swimsuit tops and bottoms that will be the most flattering for your body shape. It’s fabulous! Even better? Tops and Bottoms come in sizes 8 – 24W and in an impressive variety. I was going for a modest look so I selected the Underwire Square Neck Tankini Top in Roxie Snakeskin and the A Lined Skirt in Solid Navy. The skirt is made with a built in brief. The length is perfect for modesty but still comfortable while swimming. The swimsuit material is soft and dries quickly.
The Tankini Top is wonderful because it has a built in bra with adjustable shoulder straps. This means a lot when you are a short lady! Usually straps are too long and make my top sink too low and I end up wearing a t-shirt over my swimsuit which is not comfortable wet!
I really can’t rave enough about Mazu Swim. I even took my swimsuit to church and showed all of my female friends during Sunday School. Of course I wasn’t wearing it, haha! Many of them were very impressed with how well made it is and how beautiful the Roxie Snakeskin design is.
I really like having a two piece that looks like a one piece. It makes bathroom trips a lot easier when you’re soaking wet! 😉 I know that sounds silly, but it’s true! Here’s yours truly, in my Mazu Swimsuit!
