Pampers Easy Ups Party #Menu #PampersEasyUps

Afternoon-Playdate-Menu

Selecting food to serve at an afternoon playdate shouldn’t be difficult.  I knew my mom friends would bring a snack to share that would likely be sweet (cookies, mini cupcakes, etc.) so I decided to offset with savory and healthy options for balance.  The result was a gathering with just enough of what everyone wanted.

Afternoon Playdate Menu

  • Ranch Chicken Salad Sandwiches on Wheat
  • Fresh Fruit
  • Chocolate Chip Cookies
  • 24 pack Water Bottles

Easy Ranch Chicken Salad Sandwiches #Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 can white meat chicken
  • 1/2 package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package dry Ranch seasoning
  • 1 package sub rolls
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced (optional)
  • Romain lettuce (optional)

Drain chicken and mix with cream cheese, mayo, and seasoning packet until well combined.  Open bread, spread equal amounts of chicken salad on each roll.  Add layer of tomatoes and lettuce.  Close/top sandwich and cut into serving size pieces (about 4 servings per roll.)

Fruit Bowl #Tips #Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Seedless Watermelon, cubed
  • Cantelope, cubed
  • Honeydew Melon, cubed
  • Strawberries, sliced

Wash and prepare fruit.  Add to large bowl and toss gently.

Tip: When choosing fruit to serve at a play-date, always consider the age of your guests.  While my bunch loves grapes with their fruit bowl, I intentionally avoid them when babies and toddlers attend.  I also avoid serving apples for the same reason.

5 Easy Foods Your Guests Can Bring?

  1. Juice boxes
  2. Cookies
  3. Brownies
  4. Fruit snacks
  5. Bag of tangerines/oranges
