Does your family get tired of eating chicken the same way? Maybe you grill chicken breasts, or make them crunchy with your own “Shake N’ Bake” recipe. But we discovered a whole new way to enjoy Chicken- with lots of Swiss cheese and a creamy sauce.
Ingredients:
- 4 to 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 6 to 8 slices of *Swiss Cheese
- 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of Sour cream
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
- 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese (shredded)
- spices, salt, pepper, garlic powder, any of your favorite spices. We love Mrs Dash!
- Optional – Cooked Rice or Bake Potatoes to serve over
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375
- Rinse Chicken Breasts and pat dry. Place them in a greased 9 x 13 pan
- Add Slices of Swiss cheese on top of the Chicken breasts
- In a bowl, mix the sour cream, mayo, spices and the 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan Cheese
- Spread this over the Chicken and sprinkle the 1/4 cup of Shredded Parmesan Cheese over it.
- Add more slices of Swiss Cheese on the top.
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until the Cheesy topping is browned and bubbly.
- Serve over rice or potatoes and ENJOY!
