When I tried this Potato Ricer I was very impressed. It is so well made and I know it will hold up, you can tell just by handling it. I boiled my potatoes and then put them in the Ricer and easily squeezed them through the disc into my bowl. It was quick and the potatoes were lighter and fluffier than they usually turn out. My family thought they were very delicious. I think you can even leave the skin on and it will stay in the bin and all the potato will come through just like my garlic press, but larger.
