If you have gamer kids you know, to them, nothing is cooler than seeing their favorite movie make it into the gaming world. However, with Ratchet & Clank, something even cooler is happening: a favorite game is being turned into a big screen comedic action film!
The game Ratchet & Clank was first released by Sony in 2002, and according to my sources, features Ratchet (a feline-like character known as a Lombax, who is a mechanic) and Clank (a diminutive, sentient Zoni robot).
The game is an imaginative science fiction story that is visually appealing, requires problem solving skills, and sparks a love for over-the-top solutions. It’s the game you want your young kids to get into, and are happy to see your teens play. If they aren’t playing it yet, now is the time to introduce them via the movie.

Ratchet & Clank is a movie for all ages. The characters are funny and will display an engaging story everyone will enjoy. Your little ones will love Clank. Clank is a child-like and underdeveloped robot. Young children will relate to him because he is the most like them: Smart, but still small and curious.

Many years ago Ratchet swooped in and saved clank from a fiery crash, afterwards, they worked together to save the galaxy. It has been so long since their beginning, it has become a story that needs to be retold and expanded upon for a new generation.
Ratchet & Clank has a spectacular all-star cast to bring this game forward and onto the big screen. Actors like Paul Giamatti, John Goodman, Bella Thorne, Rosario Dawson, and Sylvester Stallone are working with the actors who voiced the main characters in the games for the perfect blend of gaming fan favorite and movie fan favorite casting.
