This is Hunter and Jana’s story. It’s the story of a woman not wanting to get hurt, a man whose wanting her all to himself and the sexy explosion that happens is incredible! The pair is water and oil from the beginning. Jana is scare of getting hurt so she and Hunter had a relationship for closed doors. But, Hunter wanted more. He tried over and over again to tell her, however, she didn’t understand that Mr. Love Em and Leave Em really wanted her for himself, forever. So, Hunter woos her. Sunrises on the beach, taking her out for dinner, walking hand in hand with ice cream. He pulls out all the stops in order to show her that he means business.
The second plot in this romantic novel is what is happening in their work lives, which Hunter ends up saving her and she ends up being his muse. She decides to open her own dance studio and he is making a metal sculpture to earn a big contract for his company. With a few bumps along the way, they end up finding out they really love each other, winning each other’s hearts in the process.
Melissa Foster is such an amazing writer that she brings all her characters to life in the first few sentences. I’m not sure how she does it, but she makes her books impossible to put down until the story is over.
