Essential Oils are becoming more and more popular in households all over the world. They are used for many household projects and they have healing properties. I’m new to Essential Oils and I was fortunate to test Sunrise Botanics Essential Oils. Use and research helped me figure out how they can and will help my everyday life.
During my experiments and research, I have learned out how to help my kids with their acne, freshen my home, make room diffusers and help with minor aches and pains. With this “new-to-me” knowledge, I’m excited about the non-chemical life I can lead.
Also, oils can be used in so many different ways! Topically, like for headaches, menstrual cramps, and acne; and they can be used in mixtures with a carrier oil (for diffusers) and mixed with water for air purification. There are so many different combinations and ways to use them.
