January 10, 2016 by Pam Maynard

Disclosure.New.3

Have you made any New Year’s Resolutions with your children yet? Maybe you have made some for yourself- but have you kept them?

Making resolutions for your children’s education is very important.  Whether you homeschool or your child attends a public school, you can still set educational goals.  Maybe you have a reluctant reader and you have a goal to find just the right book to keep your child on the right track to reading independently.

Maybe your child needs more organizational goals.  Help them set goals and be sure to lead by example.  If your 12 year old wants to be more organized with his school work, make sure that you try to be more organized with your paperwork for your own projects.

Check out the educational resolutions you can make for your child below.  Which one is your favorite?

“I cannot imagine a more well spent $20! I am not even kidding–my house looks stellar and my kids have that feeling of accomplishment, knowing they’ve worked hard and done an amazing job. I’ve tried chore charts and reward systems but this is by far the easiest and the most all-encompassing.” – Celena, The Traveling Sisterhood
