No Christmas Tree is complete without a Paintbrush Santa Ornament!
It’s so easy to make.
Check out the directions below.
Supplies:
- 3 inch (width) wood handle paint brush
- red craft paint
- white craft paint
- white yarn
- small red pompom for nose
- 2 googly eyes
- hot glue gun
- black permanent marker
This is such a simple and cute Santa ornament to make. First you need to paint the handle red. Then paint the metal band around the brush white. While this is drying, cut some strips of white yard in 3-4 inch strips, you will need enough to go all the way around the brush, in two layers across the front for thickness of beard, one layer in back.
After paint is dry begin to hot glue the strands of yarn around the paint brush. I start at the back where the white band meets the red handle. As you come around the front, begin to glue leaving a half circle shape to put your face. I then cut a strip of yarn to glue all the way around the paint brush at the top of the white band to give it a finished look.
