I felt the band pulling my shoulders back and bring me into alignment almost immediately. After a few hours I almost forgot it was even on. I liked that it was so light and could even work for my husband and he’s bigger than I am.
I also got to try “SitSmart” and I highly recommend trying this yourself. It can safely hold anyone from 100-300lbs and after hours I spent sitting in my chair I got up and didn’t feel the normal lower back soreness I have grown accustomed to. “BackJoy SitSmart” is a sitting device that naturally relieves back pain by optimizing your sitting posture. It helps automatically position your body in correct posture by tilting your hips upright and comfortably “floating” your spine over the seat. I felt a bit awkward as I usually just sit in a chair with little thought to how my spine is aligned. I noticed after a while that I felt relief in my lower back that has grown familiar to poor posture.
