The Burning Man concept is fine for a big party in the Nevada desert; otherwise, it’s best not to take the term literally. Keep this in mind as you play The Floor Is Lava, a red-hot 3D puzzle game for your Android device.
In The Floor Is Lava, your job is to cross a series of floor tiles and cause them to fall into the bubbling lava below. But it’s not as simple as you might think! Unless you want to plummet into the lava, too, you’ll need to be clever of mind and fleet of foot.
Numbered tiles must be crossed multiple times in order to make them fall, and walls between tiles are impassable and must be navigated around. Choose your path carefully, because if you end up trapped, you’re toast.
Oh, one more thing. If you take too long to clear a level, then the lava will slowly begin to rise until it engulfs both the tiles and yourself. So you’d better hotfoot it!
At the end of each level, you’ll be rewarded with sparkling gems that fall from above. Catch them for extra points (and take a breath before facing the next fiery challenge).
