The Puzzingo app provides an interactive learning platform where younger children and kids with special needs can play puzzle games to learn an abundance of skills. Although it is geared for younger children, my 10 yr old son tested it out and played for quite a while. 😉
The puzzles are professionally illustrated with colorful animation. Puzzingo uses voice actors to clearly and accurately pronounce words. In addition, the app is rated very well on the Play Store and iTunes.
Kids learn cognitive skills along with building their vocabulary. Players will develop space recognition, matching, and improve their fine-motor skills, all while being entertained by Puzzingo.
The games are easy to navigate and there are a variety of free puzzles available. I liked the preview play of the additional puzzles that cost. Being able to test them out before purchase was a nice perk. I was very amused by the “build a jet plane” puzzle. It was pretty amazing to match all of the parts of the jet and learn what each part is called, like the Turbine Engine and Forward Stabilizer. Wow. I actually learned something from it! Younger children are like a sponge. They will soak this up!
Building the picnic puzzle was very creative and a lot of fun too. It teaches how to set a table and what healthy foods you can bring along on a picnic. There were too many entertaining games to mention in this post. You’ll have to download Puzzingo and play them for yourself!

Great for young children. My niece loves this app, she is 3 yrs old. I was having trouble finding game apps that were easy enough for her age group. This was perfect she plays it all the time, and doesn’t need my help every 5 seconds. Great App!
