About Old Barn Rescue
This business adventure began in 2003 when my dad told me he needed to tear down the barn from my childhood farm. My friend, Adonna, and I couldn’t stand the thought of all that beautiful, weathered, 120-year-old wood going to the landfill or burn pile. We gathered some of the wood, collected a stash of old “junk”, started creating, and Old Barn Rescue Company was born.
I was so excited to receive my wall decal order from Old Barn Rescue! It arrived in a timely manner and was in excellent condition in a very sturdy mailing tube. It came with detailed instructions on how to apply them on the wall.
The decals are a lovely addition to any room. There are so many choices for every room of the house. Also, so many sizes available to fit your spaces, whether you are looking for a focal point for your room, or just an accessory with other decorations, Old Barn Rescue can help you find the perfect one. They also do custom orders, so your imagination can soar! I absolutely love how it looks like I just did calligraphy right on my wall!
The installation process took a fair amount of time for the type project. You want to be sure your wall is clean and then make sure you have the decal level in the place you want to put it. After that it is simply following the directions on how to apply it to the wall. Minimal items are needed to accomplish this, just some painters tape,a level, tape measure, stiff spatula or credit card, and scissors.
Old Barn Rescue is not just vinyl decals though, they are so much more. They also have beautiful wall hangings made from old wood with great sayings on them, that can be used in many places throughout your home.
