Small Snacks Contain Rich Nutrition

May 3, 2012 by Pam Maynard

Although the nutrition of some small snacks cannot match that of meals, we cannot ignore its important role, which can be described as a small snack with great nutrition.

1. Peanut: it can prevent skin diseases. Peanuts are rich in vitamin B2, which is just one of the vitamins that our people lack in the daily diet. Therefore, eating more peanuts can not only supply the vitamin B2 deficiency of daily diet, but also help prevent cleft lip, red eyes and itchy, seborrheic dermatitis and other diseases.

2. Sunflower seeds: they are good for beauty. Sunflower seeds contain protein, fat, various vitamins and minerals, and particularly rich linoleic acid. Linoleic acid helps maintain the delicate skin as well as prevent skin dryness and stain production.

3.

Cheese: it can make teeth strong. Cheese is a “bonanza” of calcium, making teeth strong. Nutritionist made researches and found that an adult eating 150 grams of cheese per day helps achieve the goal of being old but with young teeth.

4. Fig: it can promote blood circulation. Figs contain a chemical similar to aspirin. It can dilute the blood and increase blood flow, so that the brain has adequate blood supplement.

5. Pumpkin seeds and pistachios: they are rich in unsaturated fatty acids, carotene, peroxidase, enzymes and other substances, so adequate consumption can ensure the blood flow of brain, making people full of energy and aglow with health.

6. Toffee: it contains sugar and calcium, so adequate consumption can supply energy to the brain, make people cheerful and moisturize the skin.

7.

Dried beef and grilled fish: they are rich in protein, iron, zinc, etc., so suitable consumption can make the skin ruddy.

8. Milk beverage: it contains one-third of milk. Sometimes it can fortify vitamin and trace elements, so it is one nutritious beverage.

9. Chocolate: it has the effect of making people feel good and beautify; it also can produce the reactive substances in the body the same as falling in love with a person.

10. Sesame paste: it plays a role of making hair black, moisturizing hair and enriching blood. Symptomatic eating can prevent gray hair and hair loss, making hair beautiful, glossy, and black.
