Did you have breast cancer before age 45? XRAYS, a CDC-funded program, is conducting a survey to see where young women with breast cancer go to find answers to health questions. This will help us understand what information young women with breast cancer are looking for and what sources they’re using to get this information.
If you are a woman age 45 or younger and have had breast cancer or are at high risk for breast cancer due to family history and/or an inherited mutation, please complete our short survey. By taking this survey, you can help better meet the information needs of this important group of women.
