This weekend I was doing research on a new Kickstarter campaign for the Snap & Shop and thinking of all the ways I could use it. Then, today, I went grocery shopping with my three boys. As my 6 month old was screaming because he couldn’t have the boxes all I could think is “Man, I can’t wait until he can eat melt aways in his Snap & Shop!”
About:
Snap & Shop is BPA free, contains two separate compartments, and can be easily attached to any shopping cart handle. The handle can pivot to three different positions to make sure the tray lays flat. An added feature is that the tray can be separated from the handle to be washed in the dishwasher.
Snap & Shop is easy to use, portable, provides a clean surface to feed your child their favorite snacks and is parent and kid approved! It is easy to pack up before heading to the store, small enough to fit in your bag and allows for convenient snack refills while shopping. Cleaning is a “snap” with wipes while at the store and in the dishwasher when you get home.

I admit I wasn’t entirely sold on the idea of Snap & Shop the first time I saw it on a shopping cart that wasn’t using a cover. I’m so particular about shopping cart covers that I have even considered giving my old covers to random people in the store when I see their child sitting in a germ infested shopping cart without one.

I can’t tell you how many times in the past fourteen years we’ve had to stop and scan a banana mid-shop because I’ve had an upset toddler. That said, I use a protective cover 99% of the time; we immediately wipe the shopping cart down with sanitizing wipes before touching it; and I also carry emergency sanitizer in my diaper bag. By the time I use all of those precautions, I think my child is safe enough to eat their snack while I shop without meltdowns. Having Snap & Shop keeping my child’s snack in place makes for an even safer snack time while shopping.
